Leasing Questions
No appointment is necessary to tour our community; however, it is always appreciated if you call ahead to ensure we are available to provide adequate time for you to tour and ask questions. Please arrive no later than one-half hour before closing if you would like to tour the property. Everyone over 18 must have a valid photo ID to tour the community.
Our apartment homes are priced individually based on the amenities and features.
Application fees are $50 per person 18 and older occupying the apartment. You may pay these online by credit card. In addition to our application fees, there is a one-time administrative fee of $200. All application and administrative fees are nonrefundable.

Residents are responsible for all utilities. For up-to-date utility information, please get in touch with the office. Residents are responsible for additional items such as cable and internet services.
The security deposit starts at $300 and can go up to the equivalent of two months' rent. Security deposits may vary based on an individual or group's application results. Please get in touch with the office for additional, up-to-date information.
Rent is always due on the first; however, if you do not pay all rent on or before the 5th day of the month, you’ll pay a late charge of $100.
You can pay rent by setting up your online account. This allows you to use a bank account (no fee) or credit card (with fee) to make payments.
Up to 2 pets, cats or dogs, are allowed. There is a non-refundable fee of $300 for the first pet and an additional $200 for the second pet. The monthly pet rent is $25 per pet. Our full pet policy can be viewed here.
Yes! Wildewood South proudly offers a preferred employer discount to the following employees: Active Military, First Responders (Police, Fire, and Ambulance), and Teachers (active, substitute, and professors). Our preferred employer discount is Half off Application and Administrative Fees. This discount is applied to your final move-in costs. Contact us today to see if you qualify!
Resident Questions
Yes, if the lease buy-out fee has been paid. A 60-day notice is required before vacating your apartment. Please ensure you reference your signed lease agreement and confirm policies with your Property Manager, as there could be unique circumstances.
Service members can break their lease without penalty in certain circumstances through the Servicemembers Civil Relief Act (SCRA). Please contact the Property Manager as soon as possible in this situation. You must provide written notice and a copy of your military orders.
We do not offer a resident referral program. Please let our office know if your friends or family want to join our community.
You may call the office, send an e-mail, or leave a message with the answering service. You may also submit work orders online if enrolled in our online services.
If someone is temporarily staying with you, please let the office know so we can accommodate parking. If someone is permanently moving in, they must fill out an application to be added to your lease agreement.
We require a 60-day written notice, which you are responsible for, before moving out. If you need to move out at the end of your lease term, please remember to come in 60 days before the lease expires to provide your written notice.
Yes, there are cable companies that service this area. You can ask our leasing office for more deals from our local representative!
No grills are permitted within the community; however, we offer designated grilling areas for your convenience and enjoyment!
If you are locked out during business hours, you can come to the office to be let back in your apartment. Please do not call emergency maintenance. You must call a locksmith if you are locked out after regular business hours.
If you have lost your keys, you may have new keys made at our office during business hours for a small fee.
